Inc. Magazine announced today its list of America’s fastest-growing private companies and the Inc. 5000 list for 2024 includes 136 Arizona companies.

The list includes two affiliated commercial real estate organizations: Creation, an innovative commercial real estate developer and alternative investment firm, obtaining its third consecutive appearance, and LGE Design Build, a premier design-build construction firm, landing its second appearance.
Creation ranks 1,462 on this year’s prestigious list, boasting an impressive three-year growth rate of 354%, firmly establishing itself as one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate developers. LGE Design Build secured the 3,263 spot with a 150% growth rate over the same period. Inc.’s yearly list tracks companies’ self-reported revenue growth and highlights those with the highest percentage growth during the previous three years. This year, growth from 2020 to 2023 was measured.

Founded by David Sellers and Bob Agahi in 2018, Creation has a current pipeline of over $4.5 billion of ground-up developments across Arizona, Texas, California, Tennessee, New York and New Jersey. In Arizona, Creation has a number of new projects underway, including The Switchyard, Heritage Park, Park Algodon, Thunderbird Commerce Center and Nexus Commerce Center.
