Medicine for Business and Industry (MBI), a Clearview Capital company, announces today it has completed its acquisition of Denver-based Workwell marking a major milestone for the company and strengthening its position as a healthcare industry growth leader through expansion into the Colorado market. With the acquisition of Workwell, MBI now operates 18 clinics in two states with additional locations planned.

Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, MBI is a leading provider of occupational injury care services in Arizona. Through its 11 freestanding clinics, the company offers employers an integrated care model which includes work related injury care and physical therapy rehabilitation, in addition to employment physical exams, testing and screening.
