About Latasha Causey
Causey has been an HR leader for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Bell Bank, she worked at Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, and USAA, where she was responsible for strengthening USAA’s brand and culture in the Phoenix market. In addition, Causey was head of recruiting for U-Hall International, where she led recruitment for all the company’s locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. She is very active in the community, serving on the Teach for America, Valley of the Sun United Way, ASU Alumni Association and Phoenix Workforce Commission boards. Causey graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, then earned her master’s degree with a concentration in organizational management and Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
