Axiom Care names Danelle Trottier chief executive officer
Axiom Care, a Phoenix-based provider of behavioral health services, substance use treatment and recovery housing since 2012, announced Danelle Trottier as its chief executive officer. Trottier steps into the role after serving as chief operating officer since 2024, bringing more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health and addiction services management. During her tenure with Axiom Care, she has helped lead a period of significant growth, including the expansion of partnerships and the opening of multiple facilities designed to meet critical gaps in Arizona’s recovery landscape.

Under her operational leadership, Axiom Care has launched outpatient, residential and transitional housing programs across Maricopa and Pinal Counties, including Yideeską́ądi Hózhǫ́ǫ́jí Center, a first-of-its-kind partnership with the Navajo Department of Health, expansion of the company’s Ocotillo Campus of Care in Apache Junction with a 60-bed residential treatment center, opening of the Axiom Care Mofford Center, an outpatient integrated clinic, and the John McCain Veterans Center at Victory Place, a transitional housing and treatment program for low-income veterans.
These additions have further positioned the organization as one of Arizona’s largest providers of integrated behavioral health and recovery services, now serving thousands of individuals annually.
“Danelle is a proven leader whose experience, vision and commitment to high-quality care make her the right person to guide Axiom Care into its next chapter,” said Axiom Care co-founder Vern Johnson. “She understands both the complexity of the systems we operate in and the human impact of the work that we do every day.”
Prior to joining Axiom Care, Trottier served as senior director of operations for Native American Connections, where she played a key role in developing and licensing the Patina Wellness Center and Patina Mountain Preserve. Her work there reflected a deep commitment to culturally responsive care and community-centered programming.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Mountain Health and Wellness and Southwest Network, focusing on services for individuals with serious mental illness. Trottier holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology from Minot State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Raised in a small North Dakota farming community, Trottier began her career working directly with families and individuals navigating complex behavioral health challenges. That early experience continues to shape her leadership approach today.
“If there is one thing I have learned throughout my career, it is that recovery is not one-size-fits-all, and it does not happen in isolation,” said Trottier. “It takes access, it takes coordination, and most importantly, it takes people who are willing to show up every day with both expertise and compassion. At Axiom Care, we have built something truly special; a system of care that meets people where they are and helps them move forward with dignity. I am honored to lead this next phase of growth as we continue expanding access, strengthening partnerships and supporting our teams in delivering life-changing care across Arizona.”
Wilde Wealth Management announces Erica Bloudek as COO
Wilde Wealth Management Group, an award-winning financial services firm that provides comprehensive retirement, investment, real estate, insurance, legal and tax planning services all under one roof, is pleased to announce Erica Bloudek as its new Chief Operating Officer. In her role, Bloudek will lead the firm’s operational strategy, ensuring all systems, processes, and infrastructure are aligned with long-term growth objectives. She will drive the development of a scalable, efficient, and compliant operating model, while guiding strategic planning initiatives across the organization. Bloudek will also oversee key internal functions, including advisor and client onboarding, marketing communications, and workflow management to enhance consistency and performance, all in support of a culture that empowers advisors to deliver attentive, white-glove service to clients.

Bloudek joins Wilde Wealth Management Group following an executive leadership tenure with Ashton Thomas Private Wealth, an Arax Investment Partners company, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. During her time with the firm, she helped lead a period of remarkable expansion, guiding operational strategy as the company expanded from five locations to 19 offices nationwide. She also played a key leadership role in integrating a newly acquired broker-dealer into the organization, aligning technology platforms and operational systems to support the firm’s rapid national growth.
Prior to that role, Bloudek spent 18 years with Wells Fargo and its affiliated entities, including leadership positions within Wells Fargo Investments, Wells Fargo Advantage Funds, Wells Capital Management and Galliard Capital Management. Over nearly two decades, she advanced from an Investment Operations Representative into senior leadership roles where she led client service, operations, optimized onboarding systems and drove team development within complex institutional asset management organizations.
“Erica brings a rare combination of operational expertise, strategic vision and people-first leadership,” said Trevor Wilde, MBA, AIF®, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wilde Wealth Management Group. “Her track record of scaling organizations while strengthening culture makes her an exceptional fit for Wilde. As we continue expanding across the Southwest and beyond, Erica will help ensure we grow thoughtfully, protect the culture that defines us and continue delivering the coordinated, fiduciary-focused experience our clients expect.”
Bloudek’s professional philosophy centers on building high-performing teams through mentorship, collaboration and strong organizational culture. Her approach aligns closely with Wilde Wealth’s culture-driven business model. Founded in 2003 by Trevor Wilde and his father William Wilde, the firm was built around a vision of delivering boutique, fiduciary investment advice within a fully integrated wealth platform. Over the past two decades, that vision has expanded to include retirement planning, investment management, tax strategy, estate planning, insurance solutions and real estate guidance coordinated under one roof through strategic partnerships and in-house specialists.
Under Trevor Wilde’s leadership, the firm has grown from a single office into one of the largest comprehensive wealth management teams in the Southwest. In the past five years alone, the firm has expanded from 12 advisors to more than 60 and now maintains offices in Scottsdale, Sun City-Surprise, Glendale, Goodyear, Tucson, Paradise Valley, Payson, Sedona and Chandler. The company also launched Wilde Wealth Insurance in 2022 and introduced W Family Office in late 2024 to deliver coordinated wealth planning services for high-net-worth families through a single flat-fee structure.
