TBConsulting names Steve Walker as CEO

TBConsulting (TBC), a leading global provider of professional and IT services, headquartered in Phoenix, has announced that Steve Walker has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Dieter Gable, formerly CEO since 2008 will transition to the role of President of the company and serve as a key advisor.

Steve Walker has more than 15 years of experience in thought leadership and executive-level IT business development most recently as Director at TBC since 2015.

His intimate knowledge of IT and effectiveness at communicating with executives across various industries allows him to identify pain points within mid-market companies and work together to find solutions. Steve’s executive experience within the IT Managed Services field allowed him to develop a leadership style which garners the respect and dedication of his colleagues and peers, particularly during times of high stress and impending deadlines. Steve keeps everyone motivated and focused on shared goals. His experience with building and leading successful business development teams has led to multi-million-dollar company growth.

Radix Law adds 3 news attorneys

Radix Law  continues its strategic growth plans with the addition of new talent in the areas of employment, family law, and probate litigation. Colleen Contreras, Gary Strickland, and Stephanie Leach are now part of the growing team of attorneys at Radix, where the firm’s existing practice areas include estate planning, litigation,  real estate, and business transactions. With the addition of Contreras, Strickland, and Leach, Radix adds two new practice areas in the areas of family law and employment law.

Stephanie Leach focuses her practice on employment and labor law, with extensive experience representing clients throughout Arizona and Florida. Her clients include employees and employers seeking counsel on a wide variety of labor and employment matters such as harassment, employee contracts, non-compete issues, disability, retaliation, and discrimination. She also serves as an internal corporate investigator for public and private companies and as an advisor to employers and employees alike. Previously, Leach served as a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Charles E. Jones and also for the Honorable Federico A. Moreno on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Leach spent years representing employers in a wide range of matters for large national law firms and now continues to provide high-quality representation at Radix.

Gary Strickland

Gary Strickland is a veteran litigator and advisor who offers extensive experience in probate and general civil litigation, estate controversies, elder law matters, and administrative proceedings. He joined the firm after a ten-year run as partner for a well-established Phoenix law firm. Strickland has served as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem in civil and probate proceedings, conducting settlement conferences and covering judicial dockets. In his administrative practice, Strickland appears on behalf of doctors, dentists, nurses, fiduciaries, and other professionals in administrative licensing matters before various state regulatory boards. He also represents healthcare entities in matters involving patient capacity, consent and related issues and has been called upon to serve as an expert witness in such matters.

Colleen Contreras

Colleen Contreras leads the firm’s family law practice. Contreras joined the firm after running her own law firm at Contreras Family Law. She dedicates her law practice to helping families navigate the complexity of divorce, prenuptial agreements, child support, establishment, parenting time, decision-making, and enforcement. In addition to the traditional family law cases, she assists families dealing with high conflict matters, domestic violence, special needs children, substance abuse, and child safety.
