FirstBank, one of the nation’s largest privately held banks with numerous locations in Arizona, is providing free food, drinks, fitness and family-fun activities to the public at multiple locations throughout Arizona and Colorado every Saturday in July. FirstBank’s “Saving is in Style Saturdays” are aimed at helping consumers save without sacrificing their favorite weekend pastimes or indulgences.

What’s more, the bank is hosting weekly saving tip contests every Friday on its Facebook and Instagram pages starting June 29, where participants who share cost cutting tricks, could win multiple items from free groceries to airline vouchers.

“FirstBank believes in doing what’s right for customers and communities,” said Bryce Lloyd, FirstBank’s President- Phoenix. “This is what our tagline, ‘banking for good,’ represents and one of the many reasons we’re launching our ‘Saving is in Style’ events and social media efforts. We want to put a fun spotlight on financial responsibility and help individuals save, even if it’s just paying for their latte or yoga class. Our goal is to help consumers spend less, save more and encourage them to do so well into their future.”

“Saving is in Style Saturdays” will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the following FirstBank locations, and include several items and activities at no charge. The events are first come, first serve while supplies last.

The series of TV and billboard ads featured high fashion models unexpectedly revealing their closet saving secrets.
