BACKGROUND: As regional operations manager for Colliers in Arizona, Bev Jensen is responsible for the day-to-day operating requirements for the local business lines in the Phoenix and Scottsdale offices, overseeing purchasing, budgeting, human resources, marketing and research. She works closely with the local managing directors for brokerage, property management, and valuation and advisory.

SOURCE OF INSPIRATION: “My paternal grandmother was a pastor’s wife who lost her husband to the influenza epidemic at the beginning of the Great Depression. Having lost their church-provided housing, she moved her two children (5 months & 8 years old) to a small farm in the country and drove the long commute to the city every day to work to support them. As a working single mom during the depression, she epitomized strength, determination, and an amazing positive attitude. She taught me to always strive to do my best.”
