Source of pride:Starting my own business! I was gainfully employed as a software executive, so it meant leaving the security of a high-paying career in the software industry to follow my passion.”

The personality trait that helped you succeed:Perseverance. No matter what the obstacles are, my philosophy is to always ‘find a way.’ I don’t give up.”

The personality trait that got you into trouble:I think things through non-emotionally and I do it in my head. It’s amplified in stressful situations and people can have a hard time reading me. I am learning to verbalize more frequently.”
