Carvana is hiring hundreds in Phoenix

Carvana, a leading e-commerce platform for buying and selling used vehicles, is hiring for 285 open customer care positions in the Phoenix area. Carvana ranked no. 18 in Arizona on Forbes’ America’s Best Employers by State.

Carvana is looking to fill nearly 300 full-time hourly positions on its Customer Care team. The Customer Care Team will guide the consumer through their car-buying journey, answer questions, resolve issues, and serve as an Advocate during the customer’s purchase experience.

The company offers full benefits, 401K with match, paid time off, auto discounts, and much more! High school diploma/GED, ability to work full-time hours, including one weekend shift, and internet access is required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Carvana taken steps to support the health and well-being of current and potential employees. Its  interview process is hosted virtually and the training programs are now delivered online. This role is currently remote/home-based, with the intention of returning to the company’s Tempe corporate office in the future.
