Greentree Dr. Senior Associate Brandon Leach and First Vice President Peter Menna of Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Tenant Representation Group, represented the tenant in the renewal. Mark Gustin of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Landlord Westport Capital Partners, LLC (El Segundo, Calif.)
