Garmin Facility in Chandler 7KSF Larger Than Initially Announced

Garmin International, the world leader in Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) devices, will expand its operations in Chandler with a new 67,000 SF office space. LGE Design build recently announced plans for the space which includes LEED silver, 8/1000 parking, tilt construction, 2 story atrium, and an outdoor basketball & volleyball court. Garmin International is committed to making superior products for aviation, automotive, marine, and sports. “Garmin has been a longtime employer in Chandler and the greater Phoenix area, because it offers a highly-skilled workforce. Investing in the construction of our own facility signals a long-term commitment to Chandler and the State of Arizona,” said Kevin Rauckman, Garmin’s CFO.
