The three-level clinic will offer care in 25 high-demand pediatric subspecialties. Phoenix Children’s expanded the Avondale location to answer the growing need pediatric-specific healthcare in the growing West Valley. The 71,250-square-foot facility was built by Kitchell and designed by HKS.

In addition to the expanded specialties the clinic will have more providers on-site, more visit availability and two-and-a-half times more patient rooms, from 27 rooms in 2013 to 68. The growth is part of Phoenix Children’s long-term strategy to bring care closer to home for Arizona families.
