Savanna House Assisted Living and Memory Care will be opening on Wednesday, March 22, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at 1415 N. San Benito Dr. in Gilbert. There will be a celebration on March 22 that is open to the public.
“We truly are excited that seniors and families in the area will finally get a chance for a look inside Savanna House,” says Executive Director Courtney Howard. “The grand opening celebration will be a lot of fun. We’ll be striking up the live big band and throwing a swing dance party. We hope many in Gilbert and the surrounding area will join us.”
Entertainment will include a live big band and professional swing dancers performing and offering instruction on basic dance steps. The community will be serving cocktails and appetizers to highlight their chef-prepared cuisine.
During informal tours of the senior lifestyle community, guests will see amenities like a restaurant-style dining room and private dining room for family gatherings, a café/bistro, several activity areas such as a card and game room, movie theatre, beauty salon, music room, library/computer center and a wellness/fitness room with physician’s office and exam space.
Guests can also tour popular model residences from the community’s 74 alcove, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom floor plans for assisted living and 42 suites for memory care.
Savanna House Assisted Living and Memory Care was developed by Prevarian Senior Living and is managed by Life Care Services.
