Here are Arizona’s Most Admired Companies for 2022

A lot has changed in the workplace during the last few years.

Zoom is used more as a noun than a verb. Working from home is now a way of life. Inclusion has become much more than just making sure everyone is invited to after-work happy hour. And living through the pandemic has completely changed the way we do business on a daily basis.

And through all of that, 50 companies have risen from the adversity of the past couple years and earned the right to call themselves Arizona’s Most Admired Companies of 2022.

“Most Admired Companies is the most comprehensive and prestigious corporate awards program in Arizona,” says Denise Gredler, founder and CEO of BestCompaniesAZ, who co-founded the Most Admired Companies program with the team from Az Business magazine. “To be honored, a business must demonstrate excellence in its leadership; corporate culture; innovation; customer relations; community engagement; and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and programs.”

AZ Business magazine and BestCompaniesAZ team up to present the Most Admired Companies program each year and the primary goal is to find and recognize those organizations that excel in these six key areas:

• Customer opinion

• Diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Innovation

• Leadership excellence

• Social responsibility

• Workplace culture

Based on those six pillars of excellence, a selection committee comprised of Az Business magazine’s editorial board, BestCompaniesAZ’s leadership team and professionals from a wide range of industries rate and select the most accomplished and prestigious companies in Arizona.

Arizona’s Most Admired Companies of 2022 will be celebrated at an in-person awards dinner and ceremony 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Chateau Luxe, at 1175 E. Lone Cactus Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
