Fennemore Craig, a law firm, announced the promotion of Kevin Green, Stacie Smith, and Stephanie Tribe to Director in the firm’s Phoenix office.

Green represents employers in connection with a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

Green works with claims involving unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and violation of restrictive covenants and claims for wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and various employment torts.

In addition, Green represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state, federal trail and appellate courts.

Smith practices in the area of intellectual property protection and enforcement.  Her practice includes representing clients in technology and other commercial transactions, managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, copyright registration and protection, and counseling client on intellectual property issues.

Tribe focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, taxation, and probate. She works with clients to prepare comprehensive estate plans, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, premarital agreements, and related documents.
