Thomas J. Salerno is the senior shareholder in the Arizona office, and has extensive experience representing distressed companies, acquirers and creditors in financial restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings, pre- and post-bankruptcy workouts, and corporate recapitalizations.
Teresa M. Pilatowicz is senior counsel with the firm. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate restructuring and insolvency including representation of trustees, debtors, and creditors in all aspects of Chapter 11 cases.
