LearnKey offers free job training courses for unemployed Arizonans

Over 470,000 Arizona residents (nearly 15% of the entire state) have filed for unemployment since COVID-19 hit its peak earlier this year. Job Hunting in a Digital World is taught by Head Hunting Expert, Sharon Bondurant with Tech Finders, Inc., which is aimed at helping learners land their dream job. This course teaches the following:

• How to create a personal brand that stands out 

• How to navigate online job searches successfully  

• How to use social media to land that job 

The Communication Skills for Business course will help both students in school and adults in the workforce learn effective communciation that is vital in interviews, presentations and daily verbal and written communication, including the following:   

• Basic communication principles 

• How to plan for effective communication 

• How to discover best practices for business deliverables 

• Honing in on message delivery 

• How to properly receive communications 

• How to analyze communication scenarios.
