Community impact: Clayco’s Construction Career Development Initiative (CCDI), is a nonprofit organization that promotes diversity in the design and construction industry. Clayco has expanded CCDI to Phoenix, alongside its existing programs in Chicago and St. Louis. This initiative mentors and provides career development opportunities to minority, underrepresented and underemployed individuals, empowering them to pursue fulfilling careers in construction.
