What it does: Energy and water provider for Arizona

Community impact: In 2022, SRP supported the community with $4.5 million in monetary and in-kind contributions to more than 300 nonprofit organizations. Additionally, 362 employees logged nearly 30,000 volunteer hours, and 200 employees served on nonprofit and civic boards. SRP employees collectively donated $1.7 million through the employee-giving Boosters campaign.

Innovation: Last year, SRP prioritized the innovation of additional renewable resources by finalizing carbon-free power purchase agreements, extending existing battery storage agreements and initiating the procurement process for new solar. Additionally, the company introduced a supplier onboarding tool to prequalify suppliers based on sustainability criteria for all formal RFPs.
