Morgan Betancourt, project director, Okland Construction
BACKGROUND: Betancourt manages healthcare projects, life science buildings, and a new sports complex in the greater Phoenix area. She currently serves as the fundraising chair for the ACE Mentors Program Phoenix Affiliate. She spearheads a women’s group at her current organization where she’s able to mentor, promote, and inspire women in the construction industry.
