Kitchell

She has an MBA and was a a member of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point fastpitch softball team, national champion in 1998 and team captain.

Lesson learned in 2020: “The pandemic really showed the definition of grace and leadership. I always thought a tough shell was the only way to lead but it is not, being vulnerable and being human can create much deeper connections. I have learned to lead with much more grace.”

Source of pride: “Pre-2020, I would have proudly talked about some of our biggest project wins but making it through the last 15 months with a strong business plan and incredibly high performing team (many I have not physically seen in over a year) is really what gives me the most pride.”

Surprising fact: “I am a proud born and raised cheesehead from a town of 1,200 people with no stop lights.”
