Fennemore Craig Expands Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West business law firm, announced that Taylor Burgoon, Bradley Pew and Dena Sanders have joined the firm’s Phoenix office.

Burgoon focuses her practice in business litigation. While in law school, she interned in the legal department at APS and served as an extern for the Honorable John J. Tuchi at the federal district court. Burgoon earned her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her B.A. from Michigan State University.
Pew focuses his practice in environmental law, water law and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a clerkship with the Honorable Jay S. Bybee of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Pew earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University and his B.A. from Arizona State University.
Sanders practices in the areas of labor and employment, business litigation and natural resources law. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from California State University.
Gust Rosenfeld Adds 2 Litigation Attorneys
Gust Rosenfeld, P.L.C. announced that Whitney Harvey and Samantha Winter McAlpin have joined the firm as associates in the firm’s litigation group. Gust Rosenfeld continues to add experience and depth to its litigation group.
Whitney’s practice focuses on municipal liability, insurance defense and general civil litigation. She has handled a broad range of civil litigation matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, commercial and business litigation, and dram shop and social host liability. Whitney is experienced in managing litigation matters in both state and federal court, including leading jury trials to verdict.
Previously, Whitney was in-house counsel for a major insurance company, supervising outside counsel on all aspects of civil litigation involving policyholders, in five western states. Super Lawyers® designated Whitney as one of its Southwest Rising Stars, from 2014 to 2016. She earned her J.D. and B.S. from Arizona State University.
Samantha advises clients in the area of estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate administration, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and taxation. She also litigates claims involving trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and the exploitation of vulnerable adults.
Samantha received an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego after earning her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School. She graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University, with degrees in English Literature, Spanish, and History.
Jaburg Wilk Expands Construction Litigation Practice
The law firm of Jaburg Wilk announced that Heather M. Hampstead joined the firm as an associate attorney in their construction defect litigation group.
Before joining Jaburg Wilk, Heather represented clients in civilcar litigation, administrative law and construction defect defense matters. Heather is a United States Air Force veteran and continues to support the military by providing legal assistance through Service for Soldiers.

Heather received her J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School at Western Michigan University and her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. She is admitted in Arizona.
