What: The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce announced a partnership with Values Partnerships today to host a casting call for the upcoming season of the hit ABC show Shark Tank.

Why: Minority entrepreneurs are driving small business growth across the United States. According to the SBA, minorities own 15.1 percent of all U.S. businesses and 99 percent of these firms are small businesses. These businesses account for $591 billion in total revenues. Despite this growth, cultural and economic barriers continue to prevent a large number of minority entrepreneurs from accessing the valuable capital needed to grow and sustain a small business.

Who Should Attend: Diverse entrepreneurs interested in appearing on Season 11 of ABC’s Shark Tank.

Entrepreneurs may be selected to pitch their businesses to the Shark Tank casting team on a first come, first served basis.
