Nextiva, a Scottsdale-based cloud-based communications provider, will host its second-annual NextCon this October.

Nextiva will welcome business leaders to the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona this October 23-25 for NextCon, a technology and business conference that provides necessary insights to drive business growth and increase profits.

NextCon will focus specifically on customer experience as the key driver of business success, and will highlight actionable tools and innovations that put the customer first. Tickets, including VIP passes featuring an exclusive performance by rock legend Bret Michaels, who is the lead singer of Poison, are now available for purchase.

As one of the fastest growing tech companies in the country, Nextiva credits its success to its Amazing Service. The company has taken its experiences, as well as those from other industry leaders, to develop a three-day program focused on building a business through the impact of an improved customer experience. In addition to keynotes, panels, and training sessions with top business leaders, NextCon will also feature three new experiences to provide recommendations on improving business communications and customer experience:

  • XBert Bar: Connect with an Nextiva XBert to learn how to better leverage current products and streamline communications.
  • XBert Experience: Get hands-on training and play with the most exciting tools and technology in the industry.
  • Next-Gen Nextiva: Get a sneak preview of the latest technology and be among the first to experience NextOS, the revolutionary all-in-one communication platform for providing Amazing Service.

“No business can survive without loyal customers,” said Tomas Gorny, founder and CEO of Nextiva. “The best way to build that loyalty is by delivering an amazing Customer Experience. That philosophy is at the core of Nextiva and will be the driving force behind this year’s NextCon. We will equip all attendees with real and immediate ways they can positively impact their customer experience and drive their bottom line.”

NextCon 2017 comes on the heels of Nextiva’s inaugural NextCon conference that brought together over 2,500 attendees to learn from tech leaders, including Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and former chief evangelist of Apple Guy Kawasaki. This year’s NextCon will build on that success and feature a host of additional speakers, providing key learnings in customer experience from today’s most successful brands.

All proceeds from NextCon will be donated to charities through Nextiva’s philanthropic program, Nextiva Cares, in partnership with Bret Michaels’ Life Rocks Foundation, with the aim to help a myriad of charitable causes that affect everyone – from childhood cancer, to diabetes research, to military support and pet charities.
