Guests at the BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium — which recently made history as the first sportsbook at an NFL stadium — will soon be treated to a world-class food and beverage experience thanks to Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar.
Operated by the award-winning Carver Road Hospitality, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar will offer an extensive menu of elevated American fare featuring handheld favorites like scratch burgers, sliders and shareable tacos, as well as a healthy selection of salads and bowls.

Offering both indoor and outdoor dining options and a second-floor balcony overlooking the Great Lawn, “Flanker” will feature two “private game-viewing” rooms. The high-end sports bar and grill will feature state-of-the-art amenities and audio visual capabilities to enhance the sports-viewing experience including a 265-square-foot video wall and over 35 high-definition televisions.
The beverage program, created by award-winning mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, Carver Road’s vice president of beverage and hospitality culture, features American and international whiskeys, Mexican agave spirits, classic craft cocktails and an extensive collection of beers on draft.

This latest project follows the Flanker concept’s launch last December in downtown Salt Lake City across from Vivint Arena and the recent announcement that Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar opens on the Las Vegas Strip in the summer of 2023 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium.
