JW Marriott is rolling out the red carpet for Mother’s Day this year (9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.). Festivities include Rita’s Cantina & Bar Brunch featuring made-to-order omelets and eggs and carne asada and chicken tacos; a fresh guacamole and salsa bar; trout with Veracruz sauce; chimichurri lamb chops; assorted pastries and desserts and more. Olive & Ivy 

Tantalize mama’s taste buds at Olive & Ivy’s Mother’s Day Brunch. Pedal Haus Brewery

On Mother’s Day, the locally owned and operated brewery is offering moms their first “Momosa” for a penny. The additional mimosas will be half-off. Pedal Haus serves scratch made, upscale pub food like the Blue Bacon Burger, Buttermilk Fried Chicken salad, Beer Battered Fish & Chips and the oversize Bavarian Pretzel board.

Royal Palms Resort and Spa

T Cook’s at Royal Palms is ready to give moms, grandmas, aunties and other female role models the royal treatment with a decadent plated brunch. Guests have a choice of an appetizer, including standouts like a Baby Kale Caesar Salad or Mustard Glazed Pork Belly, a choice of main brunch plate, with entrees ranging from savory picks like the Braised Short Rib or sweeter options like Lemon Poppy French Toast and access to a delicious dessert buffet. The resort is also hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m on Sunday, with menu highlights including omelets and eggs to order, a carving station, charcuterie and cheese, a selection of seafood and more. The brunch buffet also includes a complimentary Royal Palms Mimosa (or sparkling apple cider). Both experiences are priced at $150 per adult, $75 for children ages 6-12 and complimentary for children under the age of five. Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, A Gurney’s Resort & Spa

One of my personal favorites, Elements restaurant always delivers on dining, ambiance and elevated experiences. This year, Chef Samantha Sanz has created an entire menu dedicated to moms, starting with delicacies like Gin cured salmon on Pumpernickel toast and Fritto Misto with Calamari, to main dishes such as Lobster Benedict with poached eggs, English muffin, avocado, spinach and saffron hollandaise and Branzino stuffed with orange and fennel, fregola, broccolini, green olives and harissa. Mother’s Day Brunch is priced at $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are required via pre-payment of full menu price plus tax and service and can be made by calling 855-230-3525.

The Sicilian Butcher

I dare you to find a mother who isn’t crazy for charcuterie-inspired concepts, which is exactly what The Sicilian Butcher is all about (meatballs too!). And Mother’s Day is no exception. May 8, all three locations (Phoenix, Chandler and Peoria) will feature a 5-foot-long charcuterie board — Sicilian in Strada ($16 per person) — decorated with Panelli fritters, potato croquette, arancini, craft meatballs with creamy polenta; artisanal meats and cheeses; pickled condiments and freshly baked bruschetta.

Madre will be smitten over The Fiesta Platter Mother’s Day special at Someburros with 40 Mexican miniatures: 10 red chili beef burros, 10 green chili beef burros, 10 bean mini chimis and five beef and five chicken taquitos.

Someburros 

Celebrate Mother’s Day fiesta-style with Someburros and its generational family recipes of authentic, Sonoran-style Mexican food. Their platters and plates are perfect for a family gathering, including The Fiesta Platter ($49) comprised of 40 Mexican miniatures: 10 red chili beef burros, 10 green chili beef burros, 10 bean mini chimis and five beef and five chicken taquitos. Want to honor the special women in your life with an upscale dinner or brunch? How about the addition of roses and bubbly? Head over to STK Steakhouse where a Mother’s Day Roses & Rosé brunch and dinner awaits. Steep mom and the gang in rich Southern cuisine this Mother’s Day at SugarJam. Streets of New York
