Tempe Marketplace announced today that it is adding four new tenants to the popular shopping and entertainment district. The diverse selection of brands will include the highly anticipated Sam’s Club, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Happy Beauty, and Enclave Salon Suites, occupying approximately 150,000-square-feet throughout the marketplace. These tenants will be open to the public this fall, with Sam’s Club slated to be completed in the summer of 2025. Additionally, J. Crew Factory, Pandora, and Rowan joined The District this summer, furthering Vestar’s mission to deliver high-quality, sophisticated clothing and accessories to shoppers seeking chic and stylish looks year-round. The addition of these tenants brings the center to nearly 100% leased.

Sam’s Club, the wholesale warehouse store owned and operated by Walmart, is officially under construction at Tempe Marketplace. Sam’s Club is an all-in-one source, selling products including groceries, home décor, furniture, electronics, health and wellness items, household essentials, and more.
Known for its handcrafted and delicious cakes, Nothing Bundt Cakes will make its way to Tempe Marketplace this fall.
