In north Phoenix the store opened in 4,033 square feet at Happy Valley Towne Center, at 2501 W. Happy Valley Road. Carter’s was represented by Velocity Retail Group’s Dave Cheatham and Bonnie Arlia. The Landlord was represented by Chuck Gibson of SRS Real Estate Partners.
In Santa Fe, New Mexico, a second co-branded store of 4,498 square feet also opened in the Plaza de Santa Fe shopping center at 3517 Zafarano Drive. Carter’s was represented by Velocity Retail Group. Anthony Johnson of Pegasus Group represented the Landlord in the transaction.
