The Phoenix Valley is the latest and largest market to receive Sprouts’ ‘click and collect’ services through Instacart. The Sprouts pickup service rolled out for the first time in select markets across the country last year. Participating Sprouts locations around Phoenix include Ahwatukee, Avondale, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Mesa, Scottsdale, Peoria, Tempe, and Queen Creek.
The option for customers to buy online and pick up curbside at Sprouts provides time-saving convenience and scheduling flexibility. Pickup windows can be scheduled for the same day or up to several days in advance. Customers are alerted when their orders are ready for pickup by a personal shopper who also greets them at a designated pickup parking location when they arrive and check in using their smartphone.
More than 12,000 products from Sprouts are now available for pickup and delivery via Instacart, including farm-fresh produce, a wide selection of meat and seafood, dairy, bulk foods, frozen items, and more. Sprouts’ product pricing on Instacart orders generally reflects in-store pricing, meaning shoppers can enjoy chainwide in-store promotions like Vitamin Extravaganza and BOGO sales. Regional promotions like the 72-Hour Sale are excluded from the service at this time.
First-time pickup customers of Sprouts and Instacart in Phoenix can enter the code SFMPHXPICKUP20 at checkout for $20 off their first order of $35 or more. Customers can also take advantage of free pickup on all orders of $35 or more for a limited time.
