Camouflage – the biggest new trend for Fall – is surprisingly versatile and adds a uniformed excitement to any look. Really. Remember when Lindsay Lohan’s character wore “camouflage pants and flip flops” in the movie Mean Girls? No? Good, because as much as we love us a good Tina Fey flick, any fashion associated with Lindsay Lohan should be forgotten. Let’s start anew.
Traditional bright green and olive tones are always 
an option when wearing camo – also, keep the rest of your ensemble light, clean and patternless, if possible – while interpretations of the print such as “flamo” – a camo-floral combo print – will be wildly popular come this Fall. Think G.I. Jane meets Barbie.

Sometimes camouflage can seem overpowering. Try balancing out its strength with a bold color. A royal or cobalt blue will work great.
While traditional camouflage is classic and safe, have fun with the print, and opt for different tones. Expect to see blue, gray, white and black camouflage color combos this fall.
