The Action Network analyzed 359,751 customer reviews across 750 local spots, tracking high-enthusiasm “passion markers” (like “best hot dog,” “legendary,” “hidden gem,” and “worth the hype”) to find where the best dogs are hiding across the country.
Taking all of that into account, Lucky Boy has the No. 1 hot dog in Arizona, with a 4.6 rating, beating out both local competitors and national heavyweights.
While locals heavily celebrate this retro mid-century Phoenix drive-thru for its classic charbroiled burgers and crinkle-cut fries, its dedicated fan base pushed its hot dog menu offerings straight to the top of our customer passion index for the state.
