The ultimate family golf event, Bank of Hope Founders Cup, is excited to announce the schedule of LPGA family events. The tournament will be held March 12-18, 2018 at Wildfire Golf Club at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. The Bank of Hope Founders Cup strives to grow the golf community by hosting family events prior to the tournament to cultivate the next generation of golfers. Family events include:
• Pre-show activities with music, games and prizes will begin at 5 p.m. and movies will start at approximately 6:30 p.m. All movie showings are free.
The family movie night on March 11 will begin after the Family Fun Walk. The walk path begins at Desert Ridge Marketplace and ends at Wildfire Golf Club with Rock the Range. Rock the Range is a free family event at hosted at Wildfire Golf Club’s golfing range. There will be a movie showing, activities, vendors, entertainment and concessions.
The Family Fun Walk has a $15 entrance fee per person and walkers will receive a commemorative LPGA Family Fun Walk T-shirt. The Family Fun Walk will benefit LPGA-USGA Girls Golf of Phoenix. For more information on the walk and Rock the Range visit girlsgolfofphoenix.org/LPGA.
