Maricopa’s newest entertainment destination officially has a name: MADCAPS.
The developers of the planned indoor-outdoor entertainment center at Copper Sky Regional Park today unveiled the MADCAPS brand along with the first design renderings offering a look inside the multi-level venue.

MADCAPS is being developed as a destination where families and friends can eat, play and socialize under one roof — with attractions including duckpin bowling, miniature golf, karting, social gaming, a full arcade, mixed-reality arena, event space and more.
“A madcap is zany, unconventional, funny and sometimes pleasantly unexpected — a perfect representation of what guests will experience at Maricopa’s premier entertainment venue,” said Dan Price, brand marketing director of Real FiG Advertising + Marketing, which is developing the MADCAPS brand.
The venue is being designed by Dynamic Designs, an internationally recognized entertainment design and architecture firm.
“We are very excited about what’s coming to Maricopa,” said Doug Wilkerson, partner at Dynamic Designs. “We designed this multi-level venue to give guests plenty of space to eat, play and socialize in a warm and inviting environment. From the moment you walk into MADCAPS, you’ll experience an open and airy interior with earth-tone finishes, subtle textures and abundant natural light — creating a casual, laid-back atmosphere that can be enjoyed by everyone.”
Located at Copper Sky Regional Park, MADCAPS will be a year-round entertainment and dining destination serving the city of Maricopa and throughout Maricopa and Pinal counties.
“MADCAPS is going to give Maricopans the quality entertainment and dining experiences they deserve,” said developer Scott Bartle, president of Outside the Box Marketing. “And it will give people from across the region a fantastic new reason to visit the great city of Maricopa.”
