Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy is bringing its signature blend of modern diner fare and vibrant atmosphere to Goodyear with the opening of its 17th location this month. Set to open its doors on Saturday, February 22, 2025, the new restaurant will be located at 1845 N. Globe Drive in the GSQ district of downtown Goodyear. This marks an exciting milestone as Over Easy expands further into the growing West Valley community.

“It’s an exciting moment for us as we open our very first Goodyear location, starting off 2025 on a high note,” says Brian Terpay, COO of Over Easy. “We’re eager to introduce our brand to this vibrant city, and we can’t wait to be part of the Goodyear community, offering great service to both new and returning customers.”
The new restaurant designed by Scottsdale-based architecture firm, Aline Architecture Concepts, and interior designer, Social Design Studio, features a main dining room, bar and patio to accommodate guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Over Easy, known for creating energized takes on classic breakfast staples, will be serving menu favorites including Banana Nut French Toast, Golden Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles, the Monte Cristo and a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches among other popular dishes.
Each Over Easy is recognized for its modern diner vibe decor, featuring a custom neon wall. The aesthetic décor and great customer service have led to features on the Food Network, including “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives;” in Bon Appétit Magazine as well as recognition as one of America’s best breakfast and brunch restaurants by Travel + Leisure.
Over Easy will continue its expansion with two more locations set to open in 2025—one in North Phoenix (I-17 & Dove Valley) and another in Buckeye (I-10 & Verrado)—bringing the total number of locations to 19 by the end of the year.
