Perk Eatery adds to menu for 1st time since ‘Diners, Drive-ins and Dives’
Perk Eatery has several new menu items! This is the first time the popular restaurant has changed its menu since its appearance on “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” five years ago.
The Chicken Chili Scramble ($12.99) and the Bacon Breakfast Tacos ($13.49) have been added to the “House Perks” section of the menu. The Porky Pig Breakfast Sandwich ($13.49) is made with two eggs, bacon, chorizo, slow roasted pork, cheddar cheese, fresh spinach and tomato and chipotle mayo on a Ciabatta roll. It is served with a choice of side.
The restaurant now serves three benedicts: Florentine ($12.99), which is made with ham and spinach, Country Bacon ($13.99), which contains spinach and tomato and Steak ($14.99), made with filet medallions, mushrooms and spinach. All benedicts are topped with Brandy Cream Sauce.
Other additions include the Waffle Combo with two eggs and meat for $11.59 and the Lemon Curd and Honey Whipped Ricotta French Toast, topped with fresh strawberries, for $13.49.
The Country Bacon BLT ($8.99), served with a side, has been added to the lunch menu.
