Try this artisan ice cream, all made from scratch with local ingredients handcrafted right in the store. Both of Sweet Republic’s locations, in Phoenix and Scottsdale, offer 20 flavors of ice cream and sorbet daily, but the flavors differ by location. Pick out a classic flavor, or, if you’re feeling bold, try an original one like matcha or frose.

The Sicilian Baker

Created by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, this cannoli bar and Sicilian market is sure to make you feel as though you’ve been walking through the streets of Italy before stepping in. You can make your own cannoli at their cannoli bar, or order their famous footlong cannoli. They also serve cookies, other Sicilian pastries, and tavola calda, or “hot table” food like stuffed breads and pizzas.

Cinnaholic Bakery

Cinnaholic is a gourmet cinnamon roll bakery that uses ingredients that are 100% plant-based, dairy and lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free. Here, you can create your own cinnamon rolls from over 20 different frosting flavors and toppings. You can also order bite-size baby cinnamon rolls, cinnacakes, or edible chocolate chip cookie dough.

Unbaked Cookie Dough Bar

Do you ever crave cookie dough, even though you know that it’s unsafe to eat? Unbaked is the perfect solution. This is an online dessert shop where you can order edible cookie dough straight to your door. They never use eggs or raw flour meaning that it is safe to eat “unbaked.” Choose from cookie dough flavors like cake batter and cookies and cream, or opt for a Cake N Dough jar, which is a mason jar with cookie dough, cake, and frosting on top.

Crumbl Cookies

If you’re too tired to go out, but are in need of something sweet, you can order a batch of cookies from Crumbl. They deliver from noon to midnight every Monday through Saturday, or you can pick them up in-store. They have a rotating menu, so be sure to check back each week and try out the new cookies.

Fairytale Brownies

You can order full-size brownies, snack-size sprites, or bite-size morsels for the holidays, birthdays, and almost any other occasion from Fairytale Brownies online, or pick them up at their Phoenix location. Choose from variety boxes including two brownies, to larger ones with up to 96 different flavors and sizes of brownies and cookies.

Genbu Waffles

Try out bubble waffles, a dessert that is traditional to Hong Kong at their location in Mesa. These bubble waffles are baked in waffle makers with spherical molds and are then topped with ice cream and other additions like fruit and candy. They also serve milk tea and boba to complement their desserts.

Novel Ice Cream

An artisan mom-and-pop style ice cream shop, Novel works with a professional ice cream maker to create small batches. They are known for “The Dough Melt,” which is a glazed donut stuffed with the ice cream of your choice. They have unique flavors that they rotate out every so often. Recently they had a “stranger creams” flavor that was based off of the Netflix show Stranger Things. Don’t leave without at least tasting their cookie monster flavor, made to honor the cookie-loving character himself, which is a blue cookies and cream ice cream and is sure to turn your mouth blue.

Churroholic

Try a huge chocolate and coconut churro loop, or choose another original flavor at Churroholic. If you’d like to add something extra, you can also order a churro sundae or a churro sandwich with your choice of ice cream. After finishing your dessert, order an horchata latte or a thai milk tea for the perfect combination.

Snoh

Snoh is an ice shavery that is a cross between ice cream and traditional shaved ice. Being an asian originated dessert, they have flavors like taro and lychee. You can choose from one of their own original Snoh combos, or create your own concoction with their flavors and toppings. If you’re not feeling like shaved ice, try out their milk teas, iced teas, and slushies. Add an ice cream scoop to your drink to make it all the more delicious.
