Over Easy announced it has opened its newest location in Mesa in the Pavilions Shopping Center at S. Dobson Road and W. Guadalupe Road on December 19th, 2020.

“We were drawn to this location because of the strong sense of community among the nearby neighborhoods, businesses, parks, trails, schools and churches all within minutes of this location. Opening from 6:30AM to 2:00PM our focus is to become known as the friendly go-to spot for family, neighbors, friends and business associates to gather and enjoy a unique breakfast to lunch dining experience,” said Jared Field, Over Easy’s franchise partner.

Over Easy is also excited to announce that it will be opening its first of many west-side locations in Surprise, AZ located at 14345 W. Bell Road. The restaurant is expected to open this May.

The expansion plans for 2021 include new stores in Surprise, Queen Creek and a second location in Flagstaff. The Arizona franchisee is also doubling the size of the dining area at its Arcadia location on Indian School Road and 48th Street.

Unlike the typical national breakfast chains, Over Easy prides itself on their fresh scratch-made kitchen with a menu that includes; Chicken Fried Steak (featured on national TV programs), Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits, world class Benedicts and Omelets and a lunch menu serving custom burgers and sandwiches. The brand image projects a bright, fresh and fun atmosphere with inviting interiors which attract a wide range of customers, from all ages, including families and friends to business meetings. The menu includes classic and signature cocktails including Bacon Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas, Irish Coffee, specialty cocktails and beer to accompany the hearty dishes.

Over Easy valley locations are in Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert along with the Arcadia, Biltmore communities and the Tatum and Shea PV neighborhood.
