The Valley’s favorite family of designer consignment stores, My Sister’s Closet, My Sister’s Attic and Well Suited announced construction has started on a brand new location of My Sister’s Attic in Chandler.

Conveniently located off Ray Road and Loop 101 in the Raintree Ranch Center near Whole Foods, the new My Sister’s Attic will be the store’s largest location to date. Scheduled to be completed by the end of December, the 15,533-square-foot space will be 30 percent bigger and will replace the existing My Sister’s Attic store at Fulton Promenade in south Chandler.

“We are thrilled to open what will be our biggest location yet of My Sister’s Attic,” said founder and CEO Ann Siner. “Not only are we super excited about the size of the store, but we think this will be a more convenient location for shoppers as it will be right off the freeway and just a few doors down from Whole Foods in this beautiful shopping center.”

A grand opening celebration is planned at the store in January.

Siner also founded My Sister’s Closet, Well Suited and My Sisters’ Charities Thrift Store under the Eco Chic Consignments umbrella. With $31 million in revenue, the company is now the 10th largest women owned-businesses in the Valley and there are now several locations in California. Siner says extra space in the new Chandler location will allow for more furniture, home accessories and one-of-a-kind designer items at My Sister’s Attic.

“Consigning designer clothing, shoes, handbags, furniture, accessories and household goods has never been more fashionable,” said Siner. “I founded this incredible company 28 years ago and to see our revenues continue to go up every year just shows more people realize consigning and recycling is the way we should all be living.”
