Coast to Cactus Vacation Homes, a Phoenix-based short-term rental property management company, is marking 10 years in business as it continues to support Arizona homeowners and the state’s growing vacation rental market.

Founded in 2016 by Peter Carabetta, Coast to Cactus has grown from a single backyard casita into a full-service vacation rental management company overseeing nearly 50 properties across Arizona and Southern California.
Over the past decade, Coast to Cactus has offered end-to-end management services, including listing optimization, revenue management, guest support, and cleaning and maintenance. Carabetta helps owners protect their investments, reduce day-to-day stress, and improve property performance in an increasingly competitive market.
“What started as one property quickly grew into a deeper passion for hospitality, design, and helping homeowners realize the full potential of their investment homes,” Carabetta said.

According to AirDNA, Scottsdale and Phoenix average 59% occupancy across more than 10,000 vacation rentals. Recently, Coast to Cactus has added seven new properties to its portfolio.
