The Data Centers Solutions Team at JLL Phoenix focuses on data center real estate and colocation services. This team works throughout all stages of data center projects including advisory, land acquisition/disposition, site selection, lease negotiations/expansions, construction financing and permanent financing.
Team’s biggest accomplishment to date:
Growing Phoenix to the second-largest data center market in the U.S. through the hard work and dedication of each team member.
