Zell, a native Phoenician, has long been recognized as an industry leader in the retail commercial real estate sector. She grew up in the business; her father, Alan Zell, founded ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, and she has benefited from a lifelong knowledge to guide and serve her clients. Jaafar, also a Phoenix native, has a strong understanding of real estate trends throughout Phoenix Metro. She specializes in retail and office property leasing, tenant representation as well as investment sales.
Team’s biggest accomplishment to date:
Zell and Jaafar have worked to bring their property listing vacancies to a record low percentage and represent a portfolio of both national and local retail tenants for their expansion throughout Arizona. They are most proud of how they support one another to be as successful as possible.
