Since becoming partners in 2013, the Bauman-Moffitt Team has expanded from two to 13 team members who have collectively sold more than 230 properties in 40 states, totaling 14.5 million square feet and more than $2.5 billion in transaction volume. The Bauman-Moffitt Team has become a top-performing team by accessing institutional and private capital to yield outsized results for their clients.
