YAM Properties, a company owned by GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons, made a significant retail purchase recently, acquiring the 240,370 square foot Pima Crossing center in Scottsdale. YAM Properties purchased the shopping center from Karlin Real Estate for $51.5 million, which is the third largest retail transaction of 2020 according to commercial real estate data tracking website Vizzda.com.
Pima Crossing is located at 8612 E. Shea Blvd., along the Loop 101 and is comprised of 14 buildings on 29 acres.
Some of the larger tenants in the property are PGA Tour Superstore, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, Culver’s and Sherwin-Williams Paint Store.
Centrally located in North Scottsdale, Pima Crossing is adjacent to the 101 Freeway and minutes from HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center. The center also has its own signalized intersection at the south end of the shopping center.
