NexMetro Communities, a pioneer of single-level luxury leased home neighborhoods, has launched an innovative self-guided touring option. Potential renters will now be able to visit Avilla models on their own time and without the need for in-person appointments with rental agents.

In partnership with Rently, a self-touring application, people looking for a new home within an Avilla neighborhood can register for a self-guided tour online and then receive a secure code that will give them access to the community and the Avilla model home. The app also provides potential residents with a map and directions around the community, giving them the freedom to view as many amenities as they would like.

“We have long understood that consumers want fast and easy access to anything they purchase, and implementing self-guided tours now is more meaningful than ever before,” said Linda Coburn, director of asset management for NexMetro Communities. “This service offering will add a layer of convenience for consumers and allow them to conduct their rental home search on their own time and terms.”

Tours of Avilla models will be available at Avilla neighborhoods in the Phoenix, Dallas and Denver metro areas. Potential renters interested in these tours can get more information by visiting the Avilla website (www.avillahomes.com). Each Avilla neighborhood will supply a unique access code based on individual requests.
