Bill Shaddock, owner and CEO of Shaddock National Holdings, announced the acquisition of major equity interest in Landmark Title Assurance Agency, its newest affiliate. Landmark Title is a growing commercial and residential title company that operates six offices in the greater Phoenix area, including its headquarters at the Esplanade.

Etherton has worked in the industry for more than 30 years and led the company since 2013. Under Etherton’s leadership, the privately held firm has grown its operations and now has a team of more than 50 employees.
