Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that it will hold its grand opening with model homes available to tour on Saturday, December 4 at Sunset Farms in Tolleson, Arizona.

Sunset Farms consists of 140 single-family homes, with seven different and unique one-and two-story floor plans. The houses range from 1,315 square feet to 3,018 square feet, with options for two to four or more bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices begin at $322,990.
