Master planned community developer Sunbelt Holdings will unveil its new Windrose residential community in Litchfield Park with a “Fiesta in the Park” grand opening celebration on Saturday, Jan. 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The grand opening event will be held in the main Windrose community park and is free and open to the public. The fiesta celebration will feature the local and highly-popular Modern Tortilla food truck serving up their menu favorites, from street tacos to churros. Additional event activities include music entertainment, raffle drawings, and kids’ activities including bounce houses, face painting and a balloon artist.

Taking its cue from some of the most celebrated and timeless Spanish architecture and designs, the 640-acre Windrose community is located just outside the foothills of the White Tank Mountains and offers residents spectacular mountain views, walking trails, and convenient access to the highly-ranked Litchfield School District, freeways, and nearby retail. At the center of the community is an expansive community park featuring a sports field, playground, barbecues and shade ramadas.

Windrose will open its first phase of 327 homesites with four award-winning builders including Beazer Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes and Homes by Towne, ranging from 1,580 to 4,000 square feet and starting in the $200’s. A total of seven newly completed models will be available for touring during the grand opening event.

To get to the Windrose community grand opening event, take Loop 303 to Camelback Road exit. Head west to Perryville and take a right heading north approximately half-mile to Missouri Avenue. The Windrose community park is located at Missouri Avenue and I89th Avenue. Visit www.LiveWindrose.com for more information.
