CBRE Multi-Housing Private Capital Group Negotiates Sale of Oberon Place Apartments



CBRE negotiated a multi-family sales transaction as Arizona Investco Ltd. of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, purchased Oberon Place Apartments, a 24-unit property at 1822 N. 32nd St. in Phoenix.

Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Multi-Housing Private Capital Group in Phoenix represented the seller, Oberon Place Apartments LLC of Scottsdale, and negotiated the $840,000 sales transaction.

In other deals:

>> Todd Leslie of Pasadena, Calif., purchased the 14 Palms Apartments, a 20-unit multi-family property at 120, 123, 124, 127 and 128 S. Carney Ave. in Tempe. Smuckler and Seaman represented the buyer and negotiated the $1.01M transaction. The seller was Carney Tempe LLC of Tempe.

>> Sir Julian LLC of Phoenix purchased Franciscan Apartments, a 16-unit multi-family property at 2012 W. Orangewood Ave. in Phoenix. Smuckler and Seaman represented the buyer and the seller, The Franciscan Apartments LLC of Santa Barbara, Calif., and negotiated the $900,000 sale.
