Lee & Associates Arizona recently announced the hiring of Will Barnard to the company. He will be reporting to Todd Braun, Principal and head of the Braun Apartment Group and will focus on apartment and land sales in the Phoenix area.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Will worked at Alliance Residential where he was responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives at each of his multifamily properties with the goal of increasing occupancy and revenue generation for his portfolio of assets. Barnard also spent two years as a brand manager at Hearthside Solutions where he managed product line operations which ensured the continued growth of the brand’s equity. Barnard was also accountable for sales and share growth, new product line extension/development and financial modeling and analysis.
“I am excited at the prospect of bringing a new dimension to our multifamily group,” said Braun. “Will brings experience and energy that should prove successful in landing new opportunities for our team.”
Barnard holds a BA in History from Arizona State University as well as an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He is a licensed agent with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
