Cullum Homes, ranked the No. 1 custom home builder in the Valley, has announced plans for a new development in Silverleaf, the Valley’s most affluent private community located in North Scottsdale.

The Village at Silverleaf is the newest offering in the prestigious Silverleaf community and exemplifies the ultimate in resort and club lifestyle. Comprised of 19 Villas and Cottages, the exclusive development is located adjacent to the Silverleaf Clubhouse & Spa and first tee of the Silverleaf Championship Golf Course.

“We are honored to be developing in such a prestigious community,” said Rod Cullum, co-founder and co-owner of Cullum Homes.

Designed by OZ Architects, which also designed the Silverleaf Club and Spa, the Villas and Cottages will feature distinctive Mediterranean architecture, meticulous craftsmanship and the same historic elements and furnishings that give the Silverleaf Club timelessness and authenticity.

The Village at Silverleaf’s Villas and Cottages are offered in three floorplans, all of which are two-story with optional basement. The homes will boast private courtyards and design with indoor-outdoor living spaces to provide stunning views of the golf course, city lights and McDowell Mountains. Sizes range from 2,735 to 4,468 square-feet and prices start at $2,350,000.

Groundbreaking is scheduled for October.

Known for some of the most expensive, luxurious homes in the Valley, Silverleaf is located in Scottsdale’s 85255 zip, the top zip code for dollar volume in single-family sales through ARMLS, with $818 million sold from August 2014 to July 2015. It is currently the site of the most expensive home in the Valley, a $32 million, 17-acre estate.
